these chocolate almond butter flourless cookies are not your average cookie. they're guilt free, gluten free, dairy free and refined sugar free. they aren't going to taste like toll house (just an FYI) they're filled with superfoods, collagen peptides, plant based protein and healthy fats. these are my favorite when I have a sweet tooth because I don't feel guilty after having 1.. or 3 and they totally keep me satisfied.
INGREDIENTS:
RECIPE:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Combine almond butter, ghee, and vanilla in food processor and process until creamy. next add coconut sugar and egg and process again for 30 seconds. finally add in chia, flax, pink salt, plant based protein powder and collagen peptides and process until everything is well combined. Finally roughly chop your chocolate bar and add into the dough by mixing in with a spoon. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Use a tablespoon to scoop out dough and roll into balls then flatten the ball down a bit with the back of spoon. Bake for 10 minutes. Let cool for at least 15 minutes (if you can wait that long) ;)
