FALL IS HERE BABES! and that means pumpkin spice everything is taking over your inbox, news feed and IG thread. but I bet you've have yet to see a recipe this healthy and this addicting that will have your pumpkin taste buds going INSANE. the key ingredient to making these pumpkin spice balls so good for ya is Golde wellness turmeric powder. its a magical superfood powder that's sooooo good for ya! it's organic, vegan, gluten + dairy free. INGREDIENTS:
1/8 cup coconut flour
2 heaping tbsp roasted coconut butter (the brand I use- Eating Evolved + use my discount code for a FREE gift with any purchase: LISATMT)
1/4 melted coconut oil
1/4 cup pitted dates
2 tbsp Primal Palate pumpkin spice blend (cinnamon, nutmeg, ginger, cloves)
2 tbsp Golde turmeric wellness powder
1/4 tsp pink salt

1 tbsp cacao powder

RECIPE:
combine coconut flour, dates and melted coconut oil into a food processor. pulse until all ingredients are well combined. now add the rest of the remaining ingredients and process until you have a doughy consistency that sticks well together. scoop out 1 heaping tablespoon and roll into a ball then place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
OPTIONAL: roll balls into coconut sugar. I did this for a few and they're so yummy!
once your finished place balls in the refrigerator for 2 hours or freezer for 30 minutes to set. they remain super fudgy on the inside! this batch made 8 balls.
