hey babes! I'm back with another delish + super healthy recipe for ya'll. I made this for Sean and I and he literally. LICKED. the. plate. clean. so I am super proud of this one if I do say so myself. there's so many variations and substitutions you can make for this recipe which is another reason I love it. you can sub the salmon for chicken, the cauliflower for potatoes or broccoli. here's the scoop-
for the salmon:
(2 filet's)
for the cauliflower mash:
(serves 2)
plate cauliflower mash then top with salmon and garnish. this took me in total 30-40 minutes and it was so delicious and will now be a staple in our house every week, enjoy babes xo!

- coat with the juice of 1 lemon
- 1 tablespoon of organic honey
- 2 tablespoons tamari
- sprinkle of pink salt + pepper
for the cauliflower mash:
(serves 2)
- 1 bag of Whole Foods 365 organic frozen riced cauliflower
- 2 heaping tablespoons of Kite Hill almond milk chive cream cheese
- 1 teaspoon pink salt
- 1 teaspoon dill
- 1 tablespoon ghee, coconut oil or avocado oil
