I love making chia seed pudding. It just so easy and always comes out delicious plus it's super healthy! I've always made chocolate chia seed pudding & I was getting bored. Today I made some fresh banana mylk & blended it with vanilla extract & some cinnamon. Then I added that to 3 tablespoons of raw organic chia seeds and let them soak for about 4 hours and enjoyed it as a mid-day snack while at work! I topped the pudding off with some organic blueberries (FYI: bananas and blueberries make the best combo ever). To make this all you will need is:
1/2 banana
1 handful blueberries
1 cup water
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
sprinkle of cinnamon
(you can add sweetener if you'd like, I didn't need any because my banana was so ripe it was naturally sweet enough!)
First put your chia seeds in a mason jar/container. Blend banana, water, vanilla & cinnamon to make your banana milk then add to your chia seeds, shake container really well. Store in the refrigerator in sealed container for at least 4 hours. Top with fresh blueberries when ready to enjoy!
